Grand Rising! To everyone out there in the prison nation, if you are awake you have lived to see another day, and that is always something to be thankful for, whether you are incarcerated or in the so-called free world. I have an appointment this afternoon to meet with Gary at @TinaButts, and I’m going to get Corey out. Corey is in the Lucas County Correctional Center and hisbil is set at $10,000 cash.
Corey was on house arrest with a GPS ankle monitor at my house, and when he went to court the last time he was arrested in the courtroom on another case. He was waiting to go to court to get a bond, and his attorney reset the date because he was unavailable. Then Corey was indicted by the grand jury and bound over to the common pleas court for Lucas County. Instead of waiving the formal arraingment his attorney opted for a live arraignment, which only delayed the proceedings further. So, I decided to post Corey’s bond, and at least he won’t have to spend Labor Day weekend in jail.
