This year went by quick as slow motion torture.
I can’t say I fulfilled my 2025 goal of being more communicative with everyone, but I can say I had more reach. That means I had more of an impact. I attended public meetings, and became more engaged in political issues, like #policing, that affect the community and everyone in the Prison Nation.
I met some political candidates and attended some events. I made a #voting reel, and I voted. I #vote because it’s my constitutional right, and people have fought and died to secure this constitutional right. I vote because millions of disenfranchised people can’t vote in the Prison Nation.
I did stay in touch with our #LWOP friends Sanders El, Shadoe, and Doo Rod, and recently I added Soul to the club. Plus, I was able to assist with bail and attorney money for some other members of the Prison Nation.
I only went to jail once this year, and in a strange sort of way that’s good. But I did have several encounters with the police that weren’t good. I’m looking forward to reporting more on this issue in 2026.
Well, I’ll keep this short and sweet. And remind everyone in the Prison Nation that they are being thought of by myself, and many others, not just this time of year, but all the time.
